Technical Design

Jhamilee Rose has worked as an Assistant Technical Designer for the Knits Division for Macy’s and Walmart at Golden Touch Imports Group where she assisted developing Sweaters, Hoodies, Dresses, and Bodysuits using PLM. She measured first prototypes, production samples and assisted trim and color selection. She also assisted in creating Technical Sketches on Illustrator on a daily basis where she improved her sketching skills.

She has also worked as an Assistant Technical Designer for Target’s Swimwear Missy Brand KONA SOL at InPrivate, Inc where she was also involved in assisting development and production. She gained knowledge when it comes to established fit and construction issues by attending live fittings and daily communication with overseas and internal partners.
